1- Can I get the free delivery option from Clarins?
Yes, it does give the free delivery option. If you spend £100 on shopping from Clarins, then you will be given the privilege to have your order delivered to you at your doorstep for free. But if you don’t spend £100 on your shopping then you will be required to pay £ 4.9 as the shipping fee.
2- Is there any interest-free credit from buying at Clarins?
No there are no interest-free credits available at Clarins. You are given this interest-free offer when you will spend about £300 on your order. You can get more insight about this at Clarins customer care centre.
3- Is NHS staff given a discount from Clarins?
Yes, Clarins provides benefit to the NHS. Clarins give 7% discount to all the staff of national housing fund. Also, there are special sales offers that we do provide to them. On seasonal sales at Clarins, we give a 25 % discount to the NHS staff.
4- I am a student; can I get any discount from Clarins?
At present, there are no discount offers that Clarins is giving to the students. But we are planning to provide the students discount with this summer.
5- What happens if I wanted to cancel my order on which I have applied the Clarins promotional voucher?
You can email Clarins at Customer.Relations@Clarins.co.uk with your order number. Remember that you need to email Clarins within 14 working days. There is a little amount that you need to pay on cancelling your order after applying the promotional voucher. You can further read about this in terms and conditions of Clarins.
6- Is there any Clarins newsletter and what will be the discount if I avail this offer?
You will get a 25 % discount if you will sign up for the Clarins newsletter. For getting the newsletter click on the top-right icon on the website. The option of “contact me” will appear. Click on that and under the ‘email’ option write your email and press submit.
