1- Can I apply for an expired voucher?
You are not allowed to use expired vouchers. But you can always apply for 'Revised Vouchers'. Under 'Revised Voucher' you can upload your expired voucher and get its dates changed, helping you to once again enjoy the luxury of using discount vouchers.
2- What to do if my parcel is damaged when I open it?
Immediately call or email us. You will get a response from us within 24 hours. If not then our customer service representative will themselves assist you to get your parcel back to the store. Once you realize that your parcel is damaged, don't open it.
3- Can I apply discount voucher more than one time?
Yes, you can apply for a discount voucher more than one time but make sure that the expiry date of those vouchers hasn't been reached.
4- Can my promo code expire?
The promo codes at Palladium expire after every 3 weeks after saving it in your cart. So, make sure to apply it before those 3 weeks.
5- How long I can avail myself referral discount code?
The referral code is valid for 4 weeks. Referral codes are a new offer being introduced by Palladium to let their customers and their friends both enjoy the luxury of new clothes at a pocket-friendly price.
6- Can I get free delivery?
Yes, recently on demand of Palladium customers they have started a free delivery across the UK. The free delivery can be availed by clicking on the option of "Click and Collect”. But before providing free delivery, Palladium management does check the order and in what location the order needs to be delivered. The total days required to get your festive at your doorstep is only 3 days.
